RESTORING HISTORICAL BUILDINGS

Former glory

Paul was comissioned to provide design and project management services for the restoration of the old Boathouse on Derwent Island in Keswick. The old Boathouse was destroyed in Storm Desmond in 2015 and had to be demolished and rebuilt.  Paul worked with the main contractor Stobbarts Ltd who together they brought back to life a stunning building from the wrecks of flood damage.
